Will the PT-PSE104GO-30 send power to a non-PoE device?
No. It detects whether the connected device is IEEE 802.3af/at compliant before supplying power.
Will the injector slow down my network?
Not if the injector supports the same data rate as your switch and device. The connection will run at the lowest speed supported by the switch, injector, or connected device.
Can I connect any 48VDC PoE device directly to the PT-PSE100G?
Only be used with 48V PoE devices through pins 4/5 (+) and 7/8 (-).
Will this injector work with all my IP camera or wireless access point?
A: Not necessarily. Check the PoE standard, output voltage, and power rating before connecting it. The injector needs to match the power requirements of your device.
Will the EN30GT-10 send power to a non-PoE device?
No. The detection chip identifies the powered device before applying power. If the connected device is not compliant with the PoE standard, the injector will not supply power.
