    6-Port Outdoor Gigabit Ethernet Managed PoE Switch, 6 x PoE++ Ports @330W, 2 x 2.5Gb SFP, RS-485, AC/DC Input, Wide-Temp, Surge Protection

    P/N: POS6PB2SC-V2

    The POS6PB2SC-V2 is a rugged outdoor managed PoE switch designed for high-power PoE networking and industrial IoT integration. It provides six Gigabit IEEE 802.3af/at/bt PoE ports and two 2.5G/1G SFP uplink ports, delivering up to 90W per PoE port with total PoE power budget up to 330W. It also supports both 100–240Vac and 44–57Vdc input, using AC as the primary source and DC as the backup for seamless power redundancy. It has a multifunction DC/RS485 interface providing two RS485 channels and a selectable 12Vdc/24Vdc, 2A auxiliary output with up to 48W output power.
    The switch features a rugged, fanless design with an IP67-rated cast-aluminum enclosure, ensuring reliable operation from -40°C to 65°C. Combined with 6kV surge protection, ESD protection, and other electrical safeguards, it is perfect for smart traffic, smart street lighting, and other networking projects in harsh outdoor environments.
    POS6PB2SC-V2 also supports Layer 2 functions including 802.1Q VLAN, port-based VLAN, QoS, port mirroring, and PoE management, providing essential network control for a wide range of industrial applications.

    Q&A

    Q: Does the serial port support protocol parsing?

    A:

    Currently, the RS-485 interface supports data passthrough only.

    Q: What standard is used for surge protection testing on the PoE ports? Is a test report available?

    A:

    It complies with the IEC 61000-4-5 standard. Test report is available upon request.

    Q: Can the PoE ports be managed individually Can I limit the output of four ports to 30W?

    A:

    Yes, the switch supports per-port power management, allowing you to set power priority for ports when the total power consumption of connected devices exceeds the switch’s power budget.
