    PT-PSE100GF is a single-port IEEE 802.3af PoE injector for indoor use. It delivers 48VDC at 0.32A over pairs 4/5 (+) and 7/8 (-) and carries 10/100/1000Mbps data over the same Cat5e/Cat6 cable for up to 100 meters. Automatic PD detection and classification support safe operation with compliant wireless APs, IP cameras, IP phones, and other IEEE 802.3af devices. The injector accepts a universal 100 to 240VAC input and uses a compact, flame-retardant IP40 plastic enclosure designed for wall mounting.

    Q: I saw that this injector has 6kV surge protection. Can it be installed under the eaves?

    A:

    Not directly. For installation under the eaves, place the injector inside a waterproof enclosure and use additional outdoor lightning protection for the connected PD.
