    The PT-PSE100GFROA, designed for indoor use and -40°C to 65°C operation, features 1x Gigabit LAN port and 1x Gigabit PoE port. Its compact IP40-rated plastic enclosure supports wall-mounted installation in space-constrained deployments. The PoE port provides up to 15.4W of IEEE 802.3af power for IP cameras, wireless access points, and IP phones. Automatic PD detection, a 90-264V AC input, Class VI energy efficiency, and built-in surge, over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection help maintain reliable operation.

    Q: I saw that this injector has 6kV surge protection. Can it be installed under the eaves?

    A:

    Not directly. For installation under the eaves, place the injector inside a waterproof enclosure and use additional outdoor lightning protection for the connected PD.
