Not recommended. The PT-PSE109GBROA-VI caps out at 95W, but your device needs up to 98W at startup. With power loss over the cable, the device may not start properly.

Not directly. We recommend an outdoor injector, as mounting an indoor model under the eaves cannot fully protect it from moisture and dust.

The router is not required, but the connection to the camera has to be POE. You could make a cable to pull the power from the POE connector to supply the power to the camera, but this seems over complicated. Why not just run a power line for the camera ?
