    To address this, PROCET proudly introduces the PT-POS8PB2SM-OT Outdoor Industrial 8-Port PoE Switch. Engineered for harsh environments, it seamlessly combines enterprise-grade network performance with industrial-grade reliability, becoming an indispensable “power and data hub” for your outdoor network infrastructure. The PT-POS8PB2SM-OT is an outdoor-grade 8-port PoE switch. Featuring an IP67-rated reflective metal housing with sealing gaskets, it has passed all required IP67 tests for tensile strength, pressure resistance, corrosion, aging, and salt spray exposure. This switch incorporates 1 AC input port, 2 SFP 1G/2.5G fiber slots, and 8 PoE output ports. It provides 6KV (10/700μs) surge protection and delivers 55Vdc, 1.64A power to remote powered devices (PDs) over 4 pairs of wires, operating at 10/100/1000Mbps transmission rates. With a total output power of 350W, it can simultaneously power multiple high-power devices at full load, effortlessly meeting centralized power supply demands in large outdoor scenarios.

    Supporting a wide input voltage range of 100-240Vac and featuring 6KV surge protection, this switch effectively resists surge and lightning-induced currents, significantly enhancing device longevity and network security under variable weather conditions.

Operating temperature range: -40°C to +65°C. Built-in detection chip enables PoE handshake with IEEE 802.3af/at/bt compliant Powered Devices (PDs), supplying power to PTZ cameras, wireless access points (APs), base stations, and other PoE-enabled equipment while protecting non-PoE devices. When using Cat5e/Cat6 cables, the effective transmission distance reaches up to 100 meters. Installation is straightforward using the mounting kit (sold separately), requiring no opening of the device.

    Additionally, models with an “M” in their designation include Ethernet and PoE management capabilities. We offer enhanced management software to better configure port settings and match data. Access and manage the device via a web browser to configure IP settings, port settings, VLAN settings, PoE settings, and factory reset. View device information including switch status, port status, and PoE status. PoE ports also support scheduled power on/off functionality.

Building upon previous software, we have developed new features to enhance your ability to monitor and manage the device.

     1. Port Priority Settings (Global Settings): Our software enables global configuration of ports, with each port supporting distinct priority settings. You can configure devices for different usage scenarios based on your actual needs. We even offer multiple options for 21/12V 2A line output.

    2. Scheduled Tasks: Configure dedicated timed tasks for your devices. Set distinct trigger conditions across different ports or within the same port. Define port activation or specific time points as triggers—for example, power on every four hours while maintaining continuous network and data input for uninterrupted device operation.

    3. Detailed Logging (LogRecord): Our data logging has undergone a major upgrade, providing more comprehensive records of each port's settings. This includes configurations applied to individual ports and any encountered anomalies, enabling better device adjustment and maintenance. Our software also generates reports for viewing data logs by day, month, or year.

    In terms of applications, we cover diverse fields. For instance, we assist in building robust and scalable wireless backbone networks. By centrally powering and connecting outdoor access points, our switches enable seamless coverage expansion and simplify wireless network management.
