What is Wireless Network?

A base station is a fixed transceiver that passes information between send/receive units. It has two transmission ways: optical fiber transmission and wireless transmission. Optical fiber transmission is mainly transmitted through optical fiber wire, and wireless base stations use microwaves to transmit information. How is the signal transmitted from a wireless base station to home?

In order to receive the network signal from a wireless base station, there is a useful small network receiving device called CPE (Customer Premise Equipment), people usually install it on the roof or eaves of the building, then connects the CPE with the home routers using network cables, successfully realizing sending and receiving network signals from home to base stations.
